Brown Sugar, Sweet Almond Oil, Organic Peruvian Ground Coffee, Coconut Oil, Organic Honey, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Essential oil blends, jojoba oil, avocado oil, coconut vegetable glycerin 

Recommended to exfoliate once or twice a week depending on the sensitivity of your body 
Separation is normal mix scrubs before use
Brown sugar hardens when exposed to air, melt in your hands to soften
